Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your photos.

Refunds
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day no-hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase for any reason, send us the product back and we'll refund your money (excluding shipping fee) immediately.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
If returning an item over $75, we recommend using tracked shipping or shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee a refund for items lost during return transit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order needs to be changed or canceled, please contact us as soon as possible.
We process orders quickly — once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
