Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work as quickly as possible to get your order shipped.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (tracked): 3–9 business days

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (rates vary)

United States 

  • Standard Shipping (tracked): 5–12 business days

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions  will automatically apply at checkout once your cart meets the required minimum of $99. This only applies to domestic shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located:

  1. Please check with neighbours or your mailbox/community office

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

  3. Email us so we can help guide you through next steps

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked delivered.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will replace the item or issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
